Just What I was looking for!May 08, 2008
By J. Hansen Watch Video Here: http://www.amazon.com/review/R35KFTYMP534O5 This is just what I was looking for to hold extra CD's that don't come in their own jewel cases. Perfect for installation or recovery CD's for the computer. You can even fit the paper sleeve that comes with it in case it has an unlock code on it. Would highly recommend.

classy way to store DVDs and CDsJun 03, 2008

I thought a knew what I was getting when I ordered this product, just another cheap storage binder. I go through these things almost weekly it seems. So I figured I would go out of my comfort zone and buy something more than five bucks. When I received this binder I was amazed at the quality and just the sheer beauty of it. It looks like something you would find sitting in a museum in Sicily. The feel to it is soft leather and the two tone scheme makes it look that much sharper. On the side there is a label holder that you can put any of your own labels in. The metal that surrounds the label is very decorative and rustic. The only complaint i have is there are only 12 pages, each page can hold 4 DVDs or CDs which is 48 all together. That is a quick fix though, the company offers replacement pages for a reason able price. Large CD/DVD Binder Insert Pages

Good Storage BinderApr 04, 2009
By Stephen M. Charme I have used zippered storage binders over the years, but have found them cumbersome to use when they hold a lot of DVDs or CDs. This binder is a solution to that problem.
The binder sits nicely on the shelf, the three rings easily open and close, inserting and removing the plastic sleeves is a snap, and the sleeves nicely display my DVDs.
I have two suggestions:
1. Before you purchase an extra binder, purchase an extra set of sleeves. Although the binder will hold more than one extra set, I think that would make it too bulky when filled with DVDs.
2. When moving the binder from room to room, or transporting it outside your house, make sure to keep it upright. This is not a concern with a zippered binder, but if you turn this binder sideways or upside down (as I inadvertently did in a shopping bag that I was using to transport it), the DVDs can easily start coming out of the sleeves (and in fact I had a DVD that fell into the shopping bag).
If you are interested in just bulk storage without easy access, then a zippered case works fine. But if you want to be able to rearrange your DVDs and flip through them easily, then this binder is superior to a zippered case.

The Perfect Way to SimplifyApr 22, 2009
By J. Hardesty I am organizing my house and trying to downsize in an effort to simplify my life. One project is to transfer my entire CD and DVD collection from the cabinet which I gave away into binders I can store on my bookshelf in a 10th of the space.
I first tried some very nice looking Case Logic CD/DVD storage which turned out to not be actual binders -- the pages couldn't be taken out and moved around and the pockets were too small to hold all of the CD art -- some of the pockets tore. If you filled all the pockets, the book would be too full to close.
So, I ordered these HandStand Binders. These are gorgeous; they look very smart on the bookshelf. The pockets are roomy and there was no problem with thick CD booklets. There are just the right number of pages provided -- fill every pocket with a CD and its art and the binder is not too full to close.
These binders are everything I hoped for. If I still bought CDs or DVDs, I'd buy more. (However, as an environmentally-conscious person, I only download music or rent DVDs.)

satisfactionMar 11, 2009
By Graham I ordered two of these a week ago, got them yesterday, and just ordered two more. I am using the binder for music CDs. It indeed holds using both sides of the page inserts, without having to force or squash them in. Each slot will fit a CD and the jewel case booklet. I plan to put all my CDs in these binders. You can insert lists of songs or other info next to each CD, but I will just flip through the pages to find the one I want. The binder is easy to handle. They look nice, and free up lots of shelf room. The faux-leather seems durable, and doesn't look tacky. The binder is large, so I probably wouldn't use it to carry CDs around, but could, in a pinch. I just wanted something sharp looking, easy to use, and less shelf clutter.
