I was initially very angry when I first received the product, because I found that the little bottle of liquid that comes with it ("shieldspray") was empty. I contacted the company and was told that many customers have been satisfied by filling the bottle with water and shaking it a bit, because there is still enough fluid clinging to the sides of the bottle. I was skeptical, but it definitely worked well. The shield is strong and doesn't look too bad. I docked two stars because of what a nightmare it is to apply it correctly. It's tough to get everything placed correctly, without any dirt or dust interfering, and get all the air bubbles out. But, when you're all done with that, you can see that it is a quality product.
