Great for the CarDec 02, 2009

Great for keeping things in place in the car. I use it for my sunglasses, take a quick turn and they never slip off the dash.
It will bake in the sun and over time will fall apart but only if you move it, fold it, or bend it often. I'm in Florida though so the sun is a bit stronger.

By John B. Pfister This jell pad is a harder compound than other more expensive jell pads I have used and is less subject to damage from use. As long as it is kept clean it does it's job. I bought it because I drive serveral different vehicles during a weeks time and wanted something inexpensive to hold my cell phone. This does what I wanted it to do only with a little more cleaning maintenance. The pad will hold one item comfortably, such as a cell phone. Add an item and it is a crowded pad. Fast shipper as I received this item within a few days after ordering.

Works very wellNov 08, 2009
By TW We have a couple sticky pads, the Jelly and the original. We keep the jelly sticky pad on the top of the storage compartment located in between the two front seats. It works great to keep stuff stationary there.
One thing that we've noticed after having it there for a while is that when we lift up the sticky pad, there's a bit of an impression in the somewhat soft compartment top, so I'd suggest moving it around a bit to avoid this.
We usually keep our phones on a sticky pad that is down by the gear controller. I'm not that big a fan of putting stuff on the dashboard.
Overall, it works great.

Sticky PadJan 05, 2011

Perfect for my son's Mustang. Cut off the top section straight across and it looks like it was made to stick to the dash above the radio. Keeps ipod from moving even at nearly vertical position with audio cable hanging out the bottom. I don't know what this is made of, but it keeps sticking after washing just like new. No residue, really-WHAT IS IT MADE OF? If you made shoes out of this, you could walk up a wall like Batman.
